Posting and scheduling
One video, many channels, each with its own settings. This screen is where everything comes together before a post goes live.
The four blocks
| Block | What you do here |
|---|---|
| Content source | Paste a news link for the AI to script, or upload your own images and clips to be assembled. If you are publishing an already-rendered video, this block is prefilled. |
| Video settings | Choose the voice-over and write the caption. |
| Destination | Pick accounts or channel groups. One video goes out to all of them. |
| Publishing settings | The platform-specific options for whichever platforms your selected channels belong to. |
The summary line at the bottom always shows the content source and how many accounts are selected, so you can check before committing.
Writing the caption
- Type #hashtag in the description to get trending suggestions.
- Suggest hashtags inserts five tags matched to the content.
- Rewrite with AI tightens the description into something more suited to social media.
Captions are truncated per platform
Threads cuts at 500 characters, Zalo at 300, Telegram at 1,024, while TikTok and Facebook are far more generous. One caption shared across five channels will almost certainly be cut somewhere — see the per-platform limits.
Per-platform settings
This block only shows platforms present among your selected channels. With nothing selected it stays empty.
| Platform | Its own settings |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Privacy (public / unlisted / private), category, tags, made for kids, embeddable, and the synthetic-media disclosure. |
| Publish as a Reel or a regular video. | |
| TikTok | Allow comments, and allow others to Duet or Stitch. |
| Publishes as a vertical 9:16 Reel, with no extra settings. | |
| Threads | Caption capped at 500 characters, no extra settings. |
Disclosing AI content on YouTube
YouTube has a field for declaring synthetic or AI-altered content. Video built here usually qualifies — switching it on is both the correct thing to do and a way to avoid YouTube labelling it for you.
Publish now or schedule
- Publish now — the video is queued immediately. The system reports how many accounts it queued for.
- Schedule — pick a time and it publishes itself.
- Channels set to manual approval still stop and wait, even if you press publish now — see approval mode.
From this same screen you can also attach an automatic comment sequence to the post.
Drafts and held videos
| Button | Result |
|---|---|
| Save draft | Renders nothing; saves the configuration to your library. Reopen and continue any time. |
| Create & keep | Renders the video into the library without publishing. Press Publish when you are ready. |
| Create video & publish | Renders and sends it out with the settings above. |
A published video can still be edited and republished: open it in your library and the primary button becomes update and reschedule.
