Video library
Every video you have created, with filters by status and source, bulk download and bulk delete.
Video status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | The configuration is saved but nothing rendered; reopen to keep editing, or render whenever you like. A video that finished rendering but passed its 7-day retention also returns to Draft, with no file left to play and no credit refund. |
| Queued | Rendering, or waiting for its publishing time. Credit is currently held. |
| Posted | Live on at least one channel. Open it to see each channel and its post link. |
| Failed | Rendering or publishing failed. Credit was returned to the wallet if the failure was in rendering. |
The credit badge on each video tells you whether it is held, charged, or refunded — see the credit lifecycle.
Videos are kept for 7 days from creation
After 7 days the video file is deleted automatically, even if it was never published. The record stays in the library but can no longer be played or downloaded. Download the video or publish it to a channel within that window.
Filtering and searching
- By status — all, posted, queued, draft, failed.
- By source — AI video, news, explainer, comic, campaign, tips, narrated video, or videos you uploaded yourself.
- Card or table view — cards to see thumbnails, table to scan many videos quickly.
The category filter only applies to the current page
Unlike the status and source filters, which run across the whole library, the category filter only narrows the videos loaded on the page you are on. Move to another page and the result changes.
Bulk actions
- Download — select several videos and get them as a ZIP. There is a per-batch cap; videos with no file are skipped and the system says how many.
- Delete — remove several at once. Deleting a video does not remove anything already published; those posts stay on the platform.
Deleting a video does not refund credit
Credit charged for a successfully rendered video does not come back when you delete it. Only failed renders are refunded.
From library to channel
Open a video and press publish to reach the posting and scheduling screen. An already-published video can go out to additional channels, or be republished with an edited caption.
To see where each publishing attempt got to, by date and by channel, go to History.
