Media library

Where your uploaded images, video and audio live, organised into folders and reusable across every tool.

Uploading

  • Press upload, or drag files straight from your computer onto the grid.
  • Several files at once is fine; you are then asked for a destination folder.
  • Files with an unsupported format or that fail validation are skipped, with a message naming the file and the reason — nothing is swallowed silently.

Files uploaded in other tools land here too

Images and clips you upload while building a video are not discarded afterwards — they go into the library and can be picked again next time.

Folders

Folders keep the library tidy. Create, rename and delete as you like.

Deleting a folder does not delete its files

Files in a deleted folder move to Uncategorised rather than disappearing. To remove files for good, select them and delete them directly.

Filtering

  • By folder — all, a specific folder, or uncategorised.
  • By type — all, images, video, audio or other files.
  • By origin — files you uploaded, or the system's built-in sample files.

Select several files to delete them in bulk. Remember that deleting a file a branding template or automated source relies on will leave that part without visuals.
