Campaigns
Register a list of topics and a multi-day schedule, and the system spreads rendering and publishing across it. Credit is charged per video, never upfront.
How it differs from source automation
| Campaign | Source automation | |
|---|---|---|
| Content comes from | A list of topics or scripts you register | New articles scanned from news sources |
| Ends | On a defined end date | Runs indefinitely until you switch it off |
| Best for | Content you devise yourself: explainers, personal topics, seasonal themes | Content that tracks the news |
The two run side by side. Many people use campaigns for evergreen content and automation for breaking news.
Creating a campaign
- 1
Choose the campaign type
News, explainer or narrated topic video. Each uses the configuration of its corresponding tool.
- 2
Set the details and schedule
Campaign name, start date, duration, videos per day and posting time slots.
- 3
Supply the content
Type a topic list, import from Excel, or paste your own scripts. Choose whether to publish sequentially in the order entered or randomly.
- 4
Choose voice, music and media
Same as a manual render. Selecting several voices gives each video a different one.
- 5
Choose channels and confirm
The estimate states it plainly: over how many days, how many videos per day, the total, which time slots, and how many channels.
A running campaign cannot change its content method
Scheduled videos will render the way you chose at creation. To change it, stop the campaign and create a new one. The content itself, within the chosen method, stays editable.
Duration and time slots
Three preset durations, with videos per day set by you.
| Duration | Name |
|---|---|
| 30 days | Starter |
| 60 days | Growth |
| 90 days | Foundation |
Time slots are entered by hand or picked from suggestions. At least one is required, otherwise the campaign publishes nothing.
A missed slot is not made up later
If a slot passes while the video is not ready, that slot is skipped rather than pushed into the next one. The system simply moves to the following slot. Keep videos per day at a level the pipeline can actually render.
How credit is charged
The campaign is not paid for upfront
Credit is held and charged as each video is created, exactly as in the manual flow. Launching a 90-day campaign does not lock up your money for the whole period.
- Consequently the price applies at the moment each video renders, not the moment you launched.
- If credit runs out mid-campaign, the next video stops and the campaign pauses itself. Topping up resumes it.
- You do not need enough credit for the whole campaign before launching — only for the videos coming up.
Pausing and cancelling
Pausing preserves the configuration and topic list so you can resume. Cancelling ends it for good.
Videos already rendering still finish
Pausing or cancelling only stops slots that have not yet arrived. A video already sent to render completes and still publishes under the old settings. If you need a hard stop, handle the pending posts individually in your library.
A suspended account, or one past its plan limits, cannot launch a new campaign — the check happens the moment you press launch.
