Plans
Your plan sets the limits; credit is what gets spent creating video. The two are separate and bought separately.
Plans and credit are different things
| Plan | Credit | |
|---|---|---|
| Determines | How many channels, how much storage | How many videos you can create |
| Billed | By term, monthly | As a one-off top-up |
| Expires | Yes, renew at the end of the term | Never |
Which means you can have plenty of credit and still be unable to connect another channel (out of slots), or a large plan and be unable to create anything (out of credit).
Three kinds of limit
| Limit | What it covers | What happens at the cap |
|---|---|---|
| Connected accounts | How many social channels you can connect. Removing a channel holds its slot for 7 days before it frees up. Paid plans add on top of the 5 base accounts of the free plan. | Add account is disabled. Connected channels keep publishing. |
| Storage | Space for the videos and media you have created. Finished videos are kept for only 7 days from creation and then deleted automatically, even if you have space left. | An over-limit warning, with a risk of interruption and data loss. Clear space or upgrade. |
| Publishing from your machine | Unlimited publishing of videos you upload yourself, bought by term. | When the term ends, that route closes. The plan activates immediately on purchase. |
Storage and account limits can be raised on their own; you do not have to upgrade the whole plan.
Topping up credit
- 1 credit = 1,000 VND. Larger top-ups carry better bonus rates, and the page shows the effective unit price for each tier.
- Buy once, spend gradually. Credit does not expire and is not lost when a plan term ends.
- The summary card shows available credit and the amount held for videos in the queue.
Going over a limit
Exceeding storage risks data loss
The system states exactly how much you are using against your allowance. Resolve it by clearing older videos from your library — download them first if you still need them — or by upgrading storage.
Exceeding the connected-account limit leaves existing channels working; you simply cannot add more. See how channel slots are counted.
VAT invoicing
When buying a plan you are asked for invoicing details. Choose the right customer type, because each requires different documents:
- Individual — national ID number.
- Business — company name, tax code, address.
- Household business — household business name, plus the owner's ID or the household tax code.
These details overwrite your invoicing profile
Every submission updates the profile, so fill it in completely and correctly. A missing or wrong field affects later invoices too, not just this purchase.
