From a Shopee / TikTok Shop link

Paste a product link and we fetch the photos, name and description, then build a video. The fastest route if you sell on a marketplace.

The steps

  1. 1

    Paste the product link

Shopee links are supported. TikTok Shop arrives in a later release — the interface states the current status.

  2. 2

    Fetch the product data

We pull the photos, name, description and seller name. It takes a moment; if it runs long there is a retry button.

  3. 3

    Choose photos and edit details

    See below.

  4. 4

    Save to library

The finished video lands in your library.

Choosing photos

Select at least 1 and at most 5 of the fetched photos. The order you pick affects how scenes are built.

Drop packaging-only shots and the shop's promotional text overlays — they make the video look cheap. Keep real product shots from several angles.

Editing the details before rendering

FieldHow to edit it
Product nameUse the real commercial name; strip SKU codes and stray characters. It appears in the video, serves as the default caption, and is read aloud — so it has to sound natural.
Original and promotional priceFill these in if you want the video to state a price. Blank is fine.
DescriptionFetched from the shop page. Keep the parts about benefits and materials; delete return policies and hashtag lists — the AI writes the script from this.
NoteOptional. Extra instructions for the video, e.g. "emphasise the free shipping offer".

Marketplace descriptions are mostly noise

Product descriptions on marketplaces are padded with return policies, authenticity pledges and dozens of hashtags. Left alone, all of it feeds into the script. Cleaning this field is the single most worthwhile thing you can do before rendering.

When the fetch fails

MessageWhat it means
Invalid linkNot a product link from a supported marketplace.
Product not foundThe link is well-formed but the product was removed or hidden.
Not available in this regionThe marketplace blocks access from the server's location.
Too many requestsThe marketplace is rate-limiting. Wait a few minutes and retry.

If every link fails, you can still render by uploading photos manually through video from product photos or UGC.

  • An error code is shown alongside the message — sending that code to support is faster than describing the symptom.
