Publishing history

A timeline of every render and every publish, by date and by channel. This is where you look when a post did not go out.

What this page shows

Four summary figures at the top: total videos, posted, processing and failed. Below them is a detailed timeline by date.

Each entry expands to show the detailed log for that attempt, including the verbatim error message from the platform where there is one.

Filtering and searching

  • Four quick tabs: All, Succeeded, Processing, Failed, Drafts.
  • Filter by connected channel.
  • The search box covers titles, hashtags and error messages — paste an error fragment to find every post that hit it.

Reading a failure

Failures fall into two groups that call for completely different responses.

GroupHow to recognise itWhat to do
Render failureThe video never produced a file.Credit has already been returned. Re-render, or fix the input and try again.
Publish failureThe file exists but the platform refused it.Read the verbatim message. Usually the channel needs reconnecting, the daily cap was hit, or the platform blocked the content.

Platform errors are kept verbatim

We do not reinterpret errors from the platforms; the original wording is shown. It reads less smoothly, but it is searchable, and nothing is lost to a generic translation.

For channel-related failures, see channel troubleshooting.
