How credit is calculated
Credit is only charged for CREATING video. Publishing, scheduling, managing channels and downloading your videos are all free.
What costs nothing
This is the most important thing to internalise: credit is charged only for creating video.
- Publishing and scheduling — free, as often as you like.
- Connecting and managing channels — free.
- Downloading rendered videos — free.
- Publishing a video you filmed yourself (uploaded from your machine) — no rendering credit, because there is nothing to render.
1 credit equals 1,000 VND. Purchased credit does not expire.
Two pricing models
| Model | Applies to | Does length cost more? |
|---|---|---|
| Per video | Tools rendered in-house: news, explainer, comic and so on. | No. A fixed price per video; longer costs no more. |
| Per second | Tools rendered by an AI provider: review, TVC, UGC, AI presenter, clone video, avatar, lip sync, text to video, effects. | Yes. The base price includes a number of seconds; beyond that you pay for the excess. |
The reference duration is NOT a length limit
For per-second tools, the duration in the price table is the divisor used to derive the per-second rate. It does not cap how long your video can be — go past it and the video still renders; you simply pay for the extra seconds.
Three tools measure your uploaded file to bill you
Talking AI avatar, lip sync and motion transfer all take the length of your input file as the billable seconds. A 55-second audio file costs more than a 10-second one, for identical work on your part.
Some tools have several price points, so their card shows "from X credit" rather than a fixed figure: narrated topic video (priced per area), AI effects (priced per effect) and Storytelling.
The lifecycle of a charge
| State | When | Available balance |
|---|---|---|
| Held | The moment you press create. | Deducted from available, but not yet spent. |
| Charged | The video finished rendering. | Spent. |
| Refunded | Rendering failed. | Returned to the wallet in full. |
The Plans page shows both available credit and the amount currently held. If your available balance is lower than expected, there are usually videos in the queue holding it.
Only RENDER failures are refunded
A video that rendered successfully but failed to publish is not refunded — you have the file and can publish it again at any time. Likewise, deleting a rendered video does not return the credit.
Reading the cost breakdown
Every creation screen has a credit cost block before you commit. Read it rather than relying on the figure on the tool card.
- For per-second tools it states "X credit per second × Y seconds".
- For per-video tools it states "fixed price per video; a longer video costs no extra credit".
- When creating several videos at once, it shows both the single-video price and the multiplied total.
- Where a server picker exists, each server has its own price. Read the one you are selecting.
The four fastest ways to spend credit
Where the bill grows without anyone noticing
- Articles × templates in the news tool. 10 articles × 3 templates is 30 videos from one click.
- An automated source with no daily cap. A high-volume source running around the clock can render a great many videos in a day — see credit safeguards.
- Quantity in the comic tool. Every version is billed separately.
- Long input files in per-second tools. Trim the audio before uploading.
The only automatic brake is stop the source when the wallet falls below in the automation settings. The other paths have no brake — you have to read the cost breakdown yourself.
Transaction history
Account menu → Credit history. Each row records the amount, the balance afterwards, the reason, and the related video where there is one.
The reason tells you the type: trial, purchase, hold, charge, refund, or an administrator adjustment. This is where to reconcile when the balance does not match what you expected.
