Signing up and signing in
Create an account, sign in, recover a password, and understand why sign-in is sometimes temporarily locked.
Creating an account
- 1
Open the sign-up page
From the home page click Sign up, or go straight to /sign-up.
- 2
Fill in your details
- Full name — your display name in the system.
- Email — used to sign in and to receive notices. Use an address you actually read; password reset links go there.
- Phone — used for plan and invoicing contact.
- Password — at least 8 characters, entered twice.
- 3
Check your email
After submitting, we confirm the request and send an email so you can continue. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder.
Signing up is free. A new account carries trial credit so you can build your first few videos — see how credit is calculated.
Signing in
Enter your email and password at /sign-in. Tick Remember me on a personal machine to keep the session alive longer.
If your account has two-factor authentication
Accounts with two-factor authentication must sign in on the MKT website rather than directly here. The system says so explicitly when you try.
Forgotten password
- 1
Click Forgot password
The link sits just under the password field on the sign-in page.
- 2
Enter your registered email
A reset link is sent immediately. The link expires — once used or expired, you need a new one.
- 3
Set a new password
At least 8 characters.
Just signed up but cannot sign in?
If you never set a password for the account, use Forgot password to receive one. That is the correct path, not a sign that something is wrong with your account.
When sign-in is locked
Trying again extends the lock
Several wrong passwords in a row temporarily lock sign-in. Every further attempt during the lock adds more waiting time, so persistence makes it worse.
The fastest way out: stop, and use Forgot password to set a new one.
Keeping the account safe
| Practice | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Change your password periodically | Account menu → Change password. You will be signed out afterwards. |
| Do not share the account | The account holds your credit and your connected channels. Anyone sharing it can publish to every channel you own. |
| Review connected channels regularly | The Channels page lists everything currently authorised. Disconnect anything you do not recognise. |
If you suspect the account is compromised, change the password immediately and review the list on the Channels page.
